On 5/6 February, another hybrid TaSernet project meeting of the participating centres and institutes took place in Poznan, Poland. The focus was on preparing the learning platforms and the associated exchange within WP4. During the workshop, partners worked intensively on the development of a blueprint for advanced educational modules in the areas of Image-Guided Proton Therapy (IGPT), treatment delivery, and patient care. This blueprint forms a concrete outcome of the collaboration and provides structured guidance for the further development and harmonisation of RTT education in proton therapy. This represents an important step forward in strengthening and aligning advanced education for RTTs working in proton therapy across Europe.

Further milestones for 2026 were defined and aligned. Within the TaSernet consortium, partners also explored pathways to ensure the long-term sustainability of the project outcomes. One of the perspectives discussed is to seek alignment with the European Particle Therapy Network (EPTN), where an RTT group could potentially help embed and further develop the results, for example through Europe-wide workshops and continued networking among RTTs. The final project meeting will take place in Dresden in December this year. The exact date will be announced in due course.

On the evening of 5 February, a small social event provided an opportunity for lively exchange about the existing network and future European collaboration. A sincere thank you to our colleagues in Poznan for organising the meeting.
