This project will conduct meticulous monitoring of progress, quality, and achievement of activities through regular evaluation managed by the Project Coordinator. An initial Quality Plan will be established with inputs from all partners and the Advisory Board, consisting of quality guidelines, monitoring measures, and feedback systems to ensure continuous improvement. This plan will be reviewed and approved by the Steering Board. Monitoring activities will involve the Project Coordinator and Work Package (WP) Leaders, assessing adherence to the project proposal, quality criteria, and budget, with half-yearly structural evaluations and reports to the Steering Board and the Advisory Board. These measures aim to maintain consistency across all WPs and ensure that the project meets its objectives within the set timelines and budget constraints.
Additionally, various indicators have been formulated to track the project's progress and quality. These include the extent of activity execution within the agreed timeframe using a Gantt chart, the production of agreed deliverables, budget adherence, and stakeholder-assigned quality levels to deliverables. Quality criteria specifically tailored for new courses and guidelines will align with standards set by ESTRO and EPTN, covering aspects like learning appropriateness, content innovativeness, and usability. This structured approach ensures all project activities are executed effectively, promoting accountability and facilitating continuous improvement.
